State Fair of Texas

I went to the State Fair today. Wow! My feet hurt. The weather was perfect. I saw some animals. Enjoyed something on a stick, deep fried, and some strawberry milk. YUMMY! All is good. My favorite part is I bought two new pairs of crocks for $30. Best deal of the day. Besides getting into the fair for FREE.

I went to Vegas this past week. Had a blast. Got to see my Folks. We went to see Mystère by Cirque du Soleil. It was FANTASTIC! Loved it. I would go again and again. It was AMAZING! We walked for ever! Checked out several casinos and what not. I took over 1000 pics. We even went to Hoover Dam. WOW. Next time I am going with friends.

Boy Scout Popcorn

Well it is that time of year again. Popcorn yeah! This year I am the Popcorn Kernel for my troop. YEAH! It is easy, but busy very busy. This year we are tiring something new online sales. It is great our scouts get the credit for the sales. The will get prizes and get to benefit from all sales. It helps pay for camp outs and mostly summer camp. This past camp was at Skymount in Tenn.

SKYMONT SCOUT RESERVATION

I have been at Skymont with Boy Scout Troop 324. I am in so much pain. My whole body hurts. It was somewhat fun. We slept in canvis tents and on camping cots. It was very hot. When you sleept it was still hot and humid. You didn't need a sleeping bag.


Friday we went to Ruby Falls and Rock City. It was the best part of the trip. Really cool. I took a lot of pictures.
